For this reason KÜSTER Holding GmbH has taken over the shares of Engineered Control Systems AG, St. Gallen, Switzerland, held by DGS Druckguss Systeme AG with effect from January 1, 2013.

Both partners are willing to continue their tight cooperation in the spirit of mutual trust and for the benefit of their customers.
