5. Online-Bewerberportal

Über den Internetauftritt der Küster-Gruppe können Sie sich online auf Stellenangebote der Küster Holding GmbH einschließlich der mit der Küster Holding GmbH verbundenen Unternehmen (nachfolgend gemeinsam „Küster“ genannt) bewerben.
Die von Ihnen im Rahmen Ihrer Bewerbung zur Verfügung gestellten und elektronisch übermittelten personenbezogenen Daten werden von uns entsprechend verarbeitet. Küster wird alle übermittelten Daten ausschließlich für das jeweilige Online-Bewerbungsverfahren verwenden und personenenbezogene Daten entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen streng vertraulich halten und ausschließlich für den Zweck der Bewerbung nutzen. Mit der Übersendung Ihrer Daten stimmen Sie der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten in Übereinstimmung mit der vorliegenden Datenschutzerklärung zu. a) Datenerhebung

Zur Bewerbung auf ein Stellenangebot von Küster sind eine Reihe von personenenbezogenen Daten (z.B. Vor- und Nachnamen, Adresse und Email-Adresse) zwingend anzugeben. Andere Daten (wie Lebenslauf, Anschreiben, Zeugnisse etc.) können Sie freiwillig mitteilen, um eine schnelle und gezielte Bearbeitung Ihrer Bewerbung zu erleichtern. Mit der Übersendung Ihrer Daten, Angaben und sonstigen Unterlagen stimmen Sie einer Nutzung und Verarbeitung sämtlicher übermittelter Daten und Unterlagen, beschränkt jedoch auf das jeweilige Bewerbungsverfahren und unter Einhaltung der vorliegenden Datenschutzerklärung und der bestehenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, ausdrücklich zu.

b) Datenspeicherung und Datenlöschung

Die übermittelten Daten werden nach der Übermittlung in geeigneter Form bei Küster gespeichert. Die Löschung der übermittelten Daten erfolgt bei Ablehnung der Bewerbung frühestens drei Monate, spätestens aber 6 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens. Dies gilt nicht, sofern gesetzliche Bestimmungen der Löschung entgegen stehen oder Sie einer längeren Speicherung zugestimmt haben.
Wenn die Bewerbung erfolgreich ist und ein Vertrag geschlossen wird, können die übermittelten Daten unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im Rahmen der Personalverwaltung auch über das Bewerbungsverfahren hinaus gespeichert und verwendet werden. Die Bewerbung kann jederzeit zurück gezogen werden.

c) Übermittlung der Daten an Dritte

Die von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Daten werden grundsätzlich nicht an Dritte weitergeleitet. Sollte in Einzelfällen für die Durchführung und Abwicklung des Auswahlverfahrens die Dienstleistung eines Dritten in Anspruch genommen werden, so werden die gesetzlichen Datenschutzbestimmungen eingehalten. Eine Übermittlung der übersandten Daten an einen externen Dienstleister ist in diesem Fall von dem mit der Übersendung der Daten und Unterlagen erklärten Einverständnis mit umfasst.
